Title :

Development of an in vivo screen for identifying small molecules having antitumor activity by    interfering with SUMO protein function.

Aim : To identify drug like molecules which can be used as lead molecules with anti-cancer activity.
Description: -   High through put Screening of Small molecule library on transgenic He La cell lines with YFP tagged human SUMO proteins.
-    The results analysis was performed by Confocal Laser Scanning Microscope and Fluorescence microscope.
-    Labelling of various cell organelles to co-localise with fluorescent chemicals staining cells.

Aim : Efficient method in Labelling or detection of cells in S-Phase (DNA synthesis).
Description: -   Labelling of mammalian and plant cells with Ethynyl-deoxyuridine (Edu).
-   Analysed and counting of S phase cells on Confocal Laser Scanning Microscope.
-   Exposure to Flow cytometry.
